Treena & Kids

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Well It's about time i write something, so the best thing to write is my excuse for not getting this up and running. Life has been busy for us. We've had school start, which is turning out to be a good thing for all of us. All three kids are in school now and loving it. Everyone's in glasses now and they all think they are all hot to trot. We've also had a beautiful wedding occur! Which was a fun excuse for the kids to dress up. Everyone looked like a real life fairy tale! Sydnee in a beautiful puckered dress and the boys in matching slacks, shirts, and ties. As for the bride and groom... picture perfect. We've done a little traveling lately. Did some sight seeing and hiking through Bryce Canyon on our way to and from a visit to Escalante Utah, with a few other stops as well. More traveling is planned, but will post that afterwards, it wouldn't be a vacation if everyone knew where we are headed! Ha ha! The kids are anxiously awaiting going back to school after a short break. Sydnee has been learning Spanish, Latin, and a lot about Egypt. Gage is also learning spanish and working on his reading. He seems to be thriving and doing quite well, he's a little math whizz! Camron, well what can i say about him? Stinker as usual, but doing great in school, has a lot of friends from pre school from last year in his class, and has made a lot of new friends. He enjoys learning spanish and being in Kindergarten is just barely brushing over the basics of the curriculum. They are all happy healthy children and are doing great! They are however a little too excited about our first snow fall this year, spite the fact Mommy hated it. :) We made a snowman, had hot cocoa, and yummy chili! Halloween is fast approaching and costumes are in the works and decorations are getting put up SLOOOWLY. Since Sydnee isn't fond of Halloween and the boys could care less, we are having a little "party" here. Going to make caramel apples, apple cider, and pop corn balls, and see if we can count the trick-or-treaters on more than one hand this year. :)) As for everything else, that is to be written! Or not! Ha ha! We hope all is well with you and your families, and can't wait to hear what you have all been up to! Love you all!
